Learned a useful term from Justin D Fuller: accretive editing.

When you ask an AI to update text, it often keeps the old wording and tacks on a correction — instead of rewriting so the doc simply reads as true.

Bad: “supports LiteLLM but no longer supports Bedrock.”
Better: replace the obsolete sentence entirely.
